Abigail Pixler is an artist from Northern Illinois. While she attained a BFA in Graphic Design, Abigail discovered a love for painting about 7 years ago. Her specialty and passion is found within portrait and human figure work, with a focus on the feminine. The peace, pleasure and joy found in beauty as a whole is what drives her work.

GAIL HAKES WEST?
Gail Hakes West is the pseudonym in which Abigail Pixler goes by when it comes to her music. She has played guitar since the age of 11 and fell in love with singing at a young age. Her musical stylings is folky and acoustic coupled with hopeless romantic undertones in much of what she writes.
You can find her performing locally in the Chicagoland area or on Spotify.
